Custom Lone Dog collars are made just for your dog from the BioThane® and hardware to every last bit of sparkle. Whether you've already dreamed up the perfect combination or need a little inspiration, we're here to bring your idea to life.
HOW IT WORKS
01. CREATE YOUR LOOK
Start by choosing your BioThane® color, crystal style and hardware. Not sure where to start? Browse our Create Your Look page for available colors, crystals and plenty of collar inspiration.
02. MEASURE YOUR DOG
Because every custom collar is made specifically for your dog, an accurate neck measurement is important for getting the perfect fit.
Have your dog's neck measurement ready before submitting your request.
03. SEND US YOUR IDEA
Ready to make it happen? Send us a custom order request via email or instagram with:
• Your dog's neck measurement
• Your preferred BioThane color
• Your preferred hardware
• Crystal colors or style
• The collar width you'd like
• Any inspiration or design ideas you have
Have a vision but aren't quite sure how to put it together? That's okay, too. We'll help you figure out the details.
04. WE'LL CREATE YOUR LISTING
Once we've finalized your design, we'll create a private custom listing containing all of your collar details.
Give everything one final look before purchasing to make sure the size, colors, width, hardware and design are exactly what you want.
05. WE MAKE THE MAGIC ✨
Once your order is placed, your collar heads to our Lone Dog workbench.
Custom orders are handcrafted to your specifications and typically have a processing time of 2–3 weeks. Sometimes we're able to get them out even sooner!
Because custom collars are made specifically for your dog and your chosen design, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once production has begun, we may also be unable to make changes to your order. That's why we'll give you the opportunity to review all of your custom details before purchasing.
Measure carefully, double-check your choices, and then leave the making to us.
