Custom Order Information

In order to place a custom order you can email me with your idea of what style collar you are interested in, you can do that Here. In the body of the email you can state the color biothane your interested in as well as color crystals, and hardware. You will also need to provide your dogs neck size!

Subject being: Custom Order Request.

In the body of the email please include your dogs

• Neck Size

• Color scheme your looking for

• Possible design your interested in

Make sure you are completely happy with the width of the Biothane as well as the colored crystals prior to placing your order as Custom Orders are non-refundable or replaceable. Be sure to look over all details prior to purchase.

Once we’ve discussed all details I will then create a listing for you on the shop page, in the listing description it will have all of the details we’ve spoke about. Please be sure to read through these details thoroughly. If you’ve already purchased your listing and noticed an error I may not be able to revise the order so please be sure to read all of the details!

For custom orders processing time is 2-3 weeks, it may be sooner!
