Product Care

Hand wash product using gentle detergent, you may use a soft toothbrush to clean around the crystals, rinse gently and towel dry. Please make sure you check your hardware regularly. We use great quality hardware, but even then gear can fail.

We do not recommend you leave collars on dogs while unattended.

Shipping Policy

Currently processing time is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping fees vary depending on your location. Once you’ve received your tracking number we are no longer responsible for your package.

For custom orders processing time is 2-3 weeks, it may be sooner!

Return & Refund Policy

Please be sure to make sure that you measure your dog correctly. We will not refund you due to your collar not fitting correctly unless it is OUR mistake with measuring but the buyer must cover return shipping.

Prior to purchase ensure you are completely happy with the width of your collar before committing to your purchase.

We stand behind our hardware, will replace defective buckles within 1 year of purchase, wear on hardware will not be replaced it is not considered defective.
