Product Care
Hand wash product using gentle detergent, you may use a soft toothbrush to lightly scrub, rinse gently and towel dry.
Please make sure you check your hardware regularly
Return & Refund Policy
Please be sure to make sure that you measure your dog. We will not refund you due to your collar not fitting correctly unless it is OUR mistake with measuring. If any of the crystals fall out within 6 months of your order we will replace them for you, you must send back the collar and we will replace the missing crystals free of charge!
We stand behind our hardware, will replace defective buckles within 1 year of purchase, wear on hardware will not be replaced it is not considered defective.
