Product Care
Hand wash product using gentle detergent, you may use a soft toothbrush to lightly scrub, rinse gently and towel dry.
Please make sure you check your hardware regularly
Return & Refund Policy
Please be sure to make sure that you measure your dog. We will not refund you due to your collar not fitting correctly unless it is OUR mistake with measuring. We do everything to ensure the crystals are ready for any adventure, excessive scratching, and wear may cause the crystals to loosen or fall out.
We stand behind our hardware, will replace defective buckles within 6 months of purchase, wear on hardware will not be replaced it is not considered defective.

Current processing time for premades is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping fees vary depending on your location. Once you’ve received your tracking number we are no longer responsible for your package.
